Introduction
 
Learning & Resource Center is one of the most essential needs of any institute or any college or university. It can be called as world of knowledge. In any educational institution, it was developed to fulfill the needs of students, teachers and researchers. It’s the place where students and researchers go to find books and journal articles, use electronic resources, consult with librarians, conduct research, write papers, and study.
The Learning and Resource center of COAVS are meant for provision of informative material to their readers according to their requirements. It also serve an important social purpose, enhancing the learning environment in college. Libraries put information from around the world at your fingertips using traditional materials and archives, as well as extensive online resources.
